I, The representing Agent or Homeowner am verifying the property is ready for professional photography and will be photographed upon arrival of Valley Views Media.

If the property is not ready upon arrival of the photographer, a return fee of $50 is applied and the agent/homeowner will need to reschedule.

If a re-shoot is requested due to photographer error, no re-shoot fee will be charged. Otherwise, re-shoots are charged at a rate of $25 per room with a minimum of $175.

PAYMENT is due within 72 hours upon receiving the invoice.

An invoice will be sent from Valley Views Media to your email payable via credit or debit (unless otherwise negotiated prior to payment).
